Lead the project to achieve the goal of the company.

Develop a project plan and scope thoroughly to track the progress.

Ensure availability of resources for execution of project and work allocation.

To manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs by using appropriate verification

techniques

Make sure that the projects to be delivered on time, within a scope and budget.

Use suitable system, tools and techniques to evaluate the project performance

To report to management as needed and manage relationship with the clients and third

parties.

To coordinate with the internal resources for the sound work execution of the project.

To produce and maintain complete documentation for the project.

To ensure progress of the project, maintain quality, cost-effectiveness, ensure timely

project completion and maintain health and safety standards at site.

Responsible for Manpower Management, Contractor Management, Client Management,

project billing and Cash flows.
