Role/Job Description:

1. Responsible for overall implementation of the project activity.

2. Build up good coordination among team members and ensure all the members understand the project Objectives and give 100% to achieve the Goal and Objectives of the project.

3. Assign timeline & individual responsibility to team members.

4. Identify Resource needed.

5. ·Responsible to Submit Narrative to ED and Financial Report to finance team not later than 25th of the every month.

6. Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field Level. Build & maintain good relationship with all stakeholder and government departments. Develop linkage with other institutes/organization working in the similar field.

7. Help field level staff to organize Community meetings, Mobilize and establishment of village organizations on each village level.

8. Responsible to develop project documentation, Project Introduction, project presentation & develop visibility of the project for visitors.

9. Identify the areas of staff improvement and suggests Management for the on job capacity building.

10. Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Helps team execute career development plans.
