We have urgent hiring for the post of AGM/DGM Production Head with leading MNC Chemical Company @ Mundra (Gujarat)

Designation :AGM/DGM Production Head

Reports to :Vice President Operations / Site Head

Department : Production

Qualification : / Chemical /Petrochemical

Experience :15 + years in production department Chemical/Petrochemical industry/Active Pharma

CTC :Best in industry

Location :Mundra (Gujarat)

Job Responsibilities:

Adherence to Production planning and Scheduling - Issue Instruction to Shift incharge for executing , Coordinate with stores dept foRM / PM and despatch for Repacking / Relabelling activity

After shut down and Startup - Work permit closure status and Maintenance Completion / cleaning / Pr test / vacuum test

Batch Monitoring and Data analysis - In case of OK batches, get periodic data only. In case of problems, get the batch data, identify root cause, coordinate with concerned teams for corrections, escalate to Unit Head, till solutioning.

Validation of time cycle - Monitor 3 / 4 batches with same batch size, reactor, set up.

Product Non Conformance Management - Check the NCR given by QC.

Speak with shift incharge Check the batch data, do root cause analysis, discuss with Unit head & Team , prepare Corrective action, Update NCR module

Cost of production / Cost Reduction - Create MOC for changes ,Provide training , Implement changes and monitor the improvement.

Productivity Improvements - Review the current Operation /Batch size / Hardware and identify measures to optimize the production rate

To implement corrective/preventive measure to ensure the maximum uptime/output for the Plant and to ensure minimum production breakages / wastage and downtime.
