Job Description

Evaluate sales team leaders' and sales heads' competencies

and identify areas for training and improvement, including

client understanding and relationship management.

Plan and implement training programs to develop sales

leadership skills, improve communication, and enhance client

understanding and relationship management.

Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team leaders

in managing their teams, improving communication, and

understanding client's perspective and requirements.

Brainstorm, strategize, and prepare a training calendar for

sales leadership teams, focusing on client understanding and

relationship management skills development.

Ensure continuous improvement in program delivery

approaches to keep pace with business growth and changing

client needs.

Supervise content development and tech orientation, including

digital platforms for delivery, with a focus on client

understanding and relationship management.

Communicate all training programs and support initiatives to

the sales leadership teams in a timely manner.

Plan, review, and implement training KPIs for sales leadership

development, with a focus on client understanding and

relationship management effectiveness.
