To boost and develop Business Development Team for respective Branch
Advisory Role for highest Investment Returns to Clients
Set Targets for Team and achievement beyond target
Proper Reporting System and Analytical Data of Sales
Generate New Clients and Direct Sales for all Segments
Design Sales & Marketing Campaigns in subordination to Cluster Head/VP
Identify New Tools & Strategies in Business Development
Operational/Strategically Support to RM/Dealers
Research & Analysis of Current Market trends and to develop strategy
Cultural Development Team Development within Branch
Annual Target of 100 Cr of PMS Sales on self
To design and devise new PMS/PAS Products
To support other branches/franchises for PMS/PAS Sales
To conduct Minimum 24 Seminars/Trainings/Investors Meet in a year
To conduct Minimum 10 Training Programs in a year for team
To generate minimum 300 KYC in a Year.
