Our Client in Toronto and Montreal Requires Candidates Who Posses Minimum English and Typing Skills for An Office Assistant Job.

key Accountabilities

• Manage the Logistics of Monthly and Quarterly Leadership Meetings, Including Coordination of the Agenda, Documents and Attendees

• Provide Calendar Management for the General Managers and Directors Calendars, Addressing Frequent Changes and other Reprioritization

• Schedule and Organize Weekly/monthly Team Meetings

• Schedule and Coordinate Presentation Materials and Set-up Technology for the Organization Meetings Etc.
