Responsibilities for mechanical fitter:
Working time 12 hrs. In a day, weekly off.
Ready to working in day and night shift.
To ensure all mechanical units in the factory function properly
Complete all tasks as assigned by the supervising manager
Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments
Have Broad Mechanical Knowledge
Experience in GMP Maintenance, Calibration or Recertification, Clean room operation, Contractor Management or Pharmaceutical Production Line Operation
Comply with all safety norms and regulations of working
Complete all tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Following all standard operating procedures of working
Attending relevant training and development activities
Carry out routine engineering maintenance activities to manufacturing equipment and plant services, reactive maintenance and turnaround activities
Assist the Supervisor with job timing, work scheduling, work instructions and job plans make recommendations to the Supervisor in relation to work practices, which could improve quality, increase productivity and reduce costs
Manual plant operational duties as required
Installation, inspection, repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment and components
Diagnosis of malfunctioning mechanical systems, equipment and components
Regular maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and components
Formal Qualifications as ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrician or other relevant Trade Level Qualification
NQF 4/ Trade Test Mechanical Fitter Qualification
Rotating Equipment specific experience
Oil management experience
