Qualification:- Diploma Or / In Mechanical Or Production Engineering.

Experience:- 10 Years To 20 Years.

Salary - 6 LPA To 8 LPA

Gender - Male

Job Location:- Ambernath, Maharashtra.

Job Time:- General Shift.

Job Description:-

1. Responsible to achieve weekly, monthly production targets as per production plan.

Plan the material and machines according to customer urgency

3. Ensure safety and discipline in machine shop and office area. Solve the operor related issues if any.

4. maintain the safety stock of tools, inserts, holders as per the order requirement.

5. Maintain the safety stock of machine consumables and spares to reduce the break down hours.

6. To do regular follow up with purchase/Stores/Planning for on time delivery.

7. Solve the shop floor day today's issues on time.

8. Ensure the productivity in machine shop.

e the projects to improve the productivity and cost reduction. Develop the new fixtures to reduce the cost and improve productivity.

n the people for Multiskilling to avoid the delay in order.

12. Prepare and maintain IMS documentation. Ensure all IMS procedures are followed by respective members

13. Monitor the machine check list, history cards proper updation

14. Responsible to achieve, breakdown hours reduction target

15. Ensure the reduction in rejection. Analyse the rejection and take action on it.

16. Calculate and freeze the cycle time of the operation.
