we are a Us Law Firm Located in California that Specializes in Plaintiffs Side Civil Litigation. We are a Tech-savvy Firm with About 25 Us Attorneys, and Nearly 100 Paralegals and Attorneys Located in Both India and the Philippines, all Working Remotely.

this is a Work from Home (remote) Position. You Can also Choose to Work from Our Office Based in Ahmedabad, India.

primary Responsibilities:

as Subject Matter Expert in the Areas of Plaintiffs Side Civil Litigation, this Person Will Be Responsible For:

the Ideal Candidate Will Be a Team Player, Willing to Take On Any Task that Needs to Get Done Without Complaint, and Self-motivated to Keep Yourself Busy.

being Proficient in Written English, You Will Be Doing High Level Legal Work, Including Drafting Documents to Be Filed with the Court.

lead a Variety of Tasks, Quickly Evaluate Alternatives, and Provide Top Quality Legal Assistance and Support.

qualifications:

jd from Accredited Law School.

at Least 5 to 7 Years of Relevant Legal Experience.

outstanding Writing and Oral Communication Skills.

ability to Work in a Fast-paced, Collaborative and Dynamic Team Environment.

strong Background in Legal Representation.

strong Understanding of the Plaintiffs Side Civil Litigation.
