Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers in China and

other countries for the specified construction materials.

Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, pricing, and lead times.

Negotiate favourable terms of trade, including pricing, payment terms,

shipping methods, and delivery schedules.

Draft and finalize contracts or purchase agreements with selected

suppliers.

Prepare and review all import-related documentation, including customs

declarations, import permits, and quality certifications.

Ensure full compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and trade laws.

Coordinate transportation and logistics, working with shipping companies,

freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues that may arise

during transit.
