Ensure performance standards and success metrics are included in the Business Case (PAR), and that benefits tracking mechanisms are captured in the project design

Build and develop a network of contacts internally and externally and leverage relationships to generate business

Lead the development & implementation of auto insurance product strategies & plans to achieve increased penetration, profitable growth & service excellence

Expertly communicate the product strategy and client value proposition to diverse audiences through effective storytelling to gain broad organizational commitment

Provide thought leadership and guidance on the future of auto insurance addressing complex external factors such as technological change, political and regulatory dynamics and changes in consumer lifestyle patterns

Provide input & direction to strategic initiative & IT strategy, planning & prioritization

Contribute to the development of marketing & distribution strategies to optimize distribution economics

Work with project sponsor to effectively transition projects from Preliminary Assessment to development phase, ensuring all project objectives are clearly understood
