Greetings!!

We have urgent Requirement for Instrument Officer for Leading MNC Company @ Mundra

Experience : Min 3 Years and Above

CTC : Based on Industry

Post : Instrument Officer

Location : Mundra ,Kutch, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)

Coordinate with projects department, procure, install and implement new projects

Carry out ISO calibration and preventive maintenance & routine checks on all installed instruments

Repair/replace any damaged instrument on routine daily rounds, prepare reports of the

same and forward it to Engineering Services Head

Coordinate with the Production, QC, R&D, Pilot plant, Maintenance and Stores

departments for modification purposes

Prepare a list of all spare parts relating to their present quantity/number and additional requirements

Order the critical spares as and when required by the department to minimize cost and

collect the spares from the Stores department on their arrival

Implement new ideas for greater automation of instruments in consultation with

Engineering Services Head and the related department for increasing the efficiency

Procure new instrument for new/existing project(s) in consultation with the

Engineering Services Head and the related department

Program automated instruments on new processes in case of unit addition of existing instruments

Provide adequate supplementary instrument(s) in case of unavailability of spares

leading to delays in repairs

The responsibilities mentioned above are not exhaustive and may be expanded from time to time.
