We are Nagpur located contact-centre with BPO license and we only have Day shifts. We are supporting UAE/ Dubai Head Quarters of our's involved in delivering B2B IT/Telecom/Cloud offerings with focus on SMBs in UAE Markets. Our Contact Centre strength is around 20 and we are located in heart of Nagpur City on CA Road. Our staff are more like knowledge and information provider to guide SMB's /Companies on
Its a desk job and doesn't involve any travelling.
Responsibilities and Duties
B2B : SMB & Enterprise Enablement in digital transformation journey.
We are looking for new staff to join our growing team to deliver Cloud and Connectivity Services.
Managing company's existing SMB Accounts and manage them from Retention perspective.
Account manager for UAE Telecom for SMB/Enteprise offering of Connectivity solutions of Corporate Telecom Plans like Mobile Plans, Leased Line, Internet broadband for companies, MPLS and VSAT circuit.
UAE Telecom :Lines/MRC - SMB/Enteprise Telecom
UAE Telecom :New accounts acquisition from Competition Fiber territories
Leverage our customer base to cross sell and up-sell Microsoft licenses and Azure Cloud Computing.
Microsoft Licenses + Other Cloud Products like McAfee, Kesperskey etc.
M365, Azure Cloud :Seats(licenses)/Month - Technical/ Deployment expertise .
Bulk SMS Subsdised SMS services with Sender ID and Short with Mini CRM interface.
Website Design -Domain Registration/ Email/Website Design
