About this role

Travelxp is seeking an HR Executive to support our organization within Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge and a determination to contribute in administrative, strategic, and longer-term goals to enhance the learning and passion-driven work culture here at Travelxp as the organization grows and scales vertically and horizontally.

You are suited for this Associate Level position if you have what it takes to nurture and build your skills in one of India's foremost global media organizations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Enhancing employee happiness and understanding employee concerns and potential disappointment to ensure lower attrition and higher retention of talent.

- Hiring the brightest and most passionate individuals to join Travelxp, in the process of building Travelxp for the years to come.

- Implementing and executing employee happiness and team-building exercises on a regular basis.

- Engraining a companywide culture and values inhibited by the Travelxp brand.

- Regular communication with other HR experts, colleges, and Human Resource based events to demonstrate Travelxps cultural policies and HR policies and to keep implementing new industry practices that will enhance our culture.

Skills required:

- Clear and effective communication, in terms of communicating company policies, notices, and new guidelines to employees.

- Strategic planning and execution skills for hiring resources in a time-bound, deadline-based system and to implement employee happiness initiatives.

- Understanding and Interpretation skills
