1-daily Monitoring Deployment of Labour.

2-preparation of Salary/wages Sheet.

3-preparation of Hr Compliance Document

4-to Mobilize the Work At Site for Progress Aspects and to Coordinate the Site Activities with other Staff, Contractors and Workers.

5-maintaining Records Pertainting to Labours and Labour Contractor.

6-attend the Inspections Under Various Acts like Pf, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Maternity, Shop & Establishment, Equal Remuneration & Esic Acts Etc.

7-ensuring the Closure of Inspections, Notices, Show Cause Notices with Team Collaboration

8-audit the Vendors Against Various Labour Laws like Clra Act and other Supportive Acts Applicable Under.

9-handling all Pf Transfer Related Activities

10-handling Pf Death Claim Activities (pf,Edli & Monthly Pension)

11-doing Joining Formalities for the New Joiners.

12-taking Care of Contractor Labour Licence, Renewal, New Apply & Amendments in Licence
