Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy

Collaborate with Sales and Operations Teams

Achieve SCM KPIs

Achieve Budget/Forecast targets with ease.

Plan for optimum Inventory

Suggest solutions for process improvements

Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

Train and evaluate others

Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best SCM practices

Build and maintain good relationships with Customers and Vendors

Maintain Quality at Source

Ideal fit requirements and qualifications

Post Graduate / Professional Qualification from reputed Universities

Previous working experience of 15 Years in SCM

SAP MM Module Hands on experience

Auto Component Experience is preferred

Good knowledge on Castings, Forging, Machining

Experience with MNCs is preferred

Global Sourcing experience

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills
