Experience - 7 Yrs in Glass Blowing Industry

Salary - 20,000 to 30,000 per month

Role - Supervisor Foreman, Glass Forming

Glass blowers are responsible for creating a wide range of glass products. They use specialized equipment to shape, mold, and form molten glass into everything from drinking glasses to light fixtures.

Role & Responsibilities -

Inspecting the glass for defects and cutting it accordingly before it is blown into a shape

Blowing glass into desired shapes using specialized tools such as blowpipes, punchers, and marvers

Inspecting the quality of the finished product for defects such as scratches or bubbles, in order to determine whether it can be sold or must be remelted

Inspecting glassblowing equipment such as furnaces, annealing ovens, and annealing lehr machines to ensure that they are working properl

Supervising operations related to manufacture of glass

Ensuring that the ongoing production is as per the required specifications

Keeping kilns and appliances in working order

Maintaining production chart and prescribed records

Knowledge of all the safety measures involved in glass manufacturing

Knowledge of blowing, drawing, rolling, cutting and grinding glass

Need to handle a team of workers
