Designation : Front Desk Executive

Probation period: 6 months

Timings : 8:00 AM -6:30PM

Salary : 18,000/- per month. (TDS of 10% will be deducted during probation)

Location: Jangpura Extension,Delhi

Job Summary:-

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them beverages, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting .

Responsibilities:-

Greet guests and provide them good customer services

Answer all client questions and incoming calls

Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and write down the messages

Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments

Maintain outgoing and incoming couriers

Maintain records and files

Office should be clean and maintain the decorum

Ensure reception area is tidy

Coordinate office activities

Desirable Attributes:-

Good knowledge of MS office(especially MS-Excel and word)

Multi-tasking abilities

Good verbal and written communication skills

Pleasing personality
