Daily morning rounds with NS, MS & Maintenance team and documentation of the same in Daily rounds Track Sheet.

Monitoring and initiating planned discharges in consensus with the Floor Doctors, initiating/preparing Discharge Summary and monitoring the TAT for the same.

Feedback form distribution, collection and submission to Operations Manager.

Coordinating Check In process for the patient by verifying room allotment, meeting the patient within half an hour of Checking In, to explain the room amenities and sharing contact details.
