Job Description

• monitor the Day-to-day Financial Operations Within the Company, such as Payroll, Invoicing, and other Transactions. Oversee Financial Department Team, Including Accounts/finance Assistants and Branch Accountants and Maintain the Financial Health of the Organization.

• own Financial Reporting, E.g. Own the Delivery of Complete Month End Close of Inter Company, Mergers & Acquisitions and Transfer Pricing Accounting, Reporting Decks, Reconciliations Etc.

• general Ledger, Monthly Books Closure and Fixed Assets Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Schedules.

• track the Company's Financial Status and Performance to Identify Areas for Potential Improvement and Provide Financial Reports and Interpret Financial Information to Management While Recommending Further Courses of Action.

• ensure Timely Payment and Completion of all Statutory Payments and Filing of Return for all Entities

• treasury and Working Capital Management

• forex Management Including Hedging Strategycompletely Handling Banking Operations

• manage Complex Accounting Issues and Implement Process Controls.

• ability to Analyze Complex Datasets and Provide Business Judgments.

• provide Support/direction for Process or Problem Resolution.

• ensure all Processes are Operating Efficiently and Effectively.

• identify and Implement Process Improvements Where Required and Understand the Best Practices of Industry and Set Up Benchmark for Quality.

• actively Participate in Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects When Assigned or Required.

• ensure Appropriate Financial Policies, Procedures, and Internal Controls are in Place, Documented, and Operating as Intended.

• manage Department’s Response to Internal and External Audit Requirements and Will also Ensure Compliance with Requirements for all Geographies/activities.

• building Relationships: Make and Keep Commitments, Seek Opportunities to Partner with Customers, Be Optimistic, and Anticipate Needs.
