Urgent opening for Finance Controller in Retail Industry @ Solan Himachal Pradesh.

Experience - Min 5-7 years experience in a similar role.

CTC: 6-12 Lakh per annum

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting. Relevant professional certifications CPA, CFA

Preferably from Himachal or Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali)

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Develop, implement, and monitor the company's budget.

Provide financial forecasts and projections to assist in decision-making.

Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate financial risks.

Optimize the organization's tax position and minimise tax liabilities.

Oversee and manage the organization's banking relationships.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Supervise and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.

Skills

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial management.

Ability to analyse financial data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Capability to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's strategic planning.

Proficiency in negotiating financial agreements and contracts.
