Job Description

i)A supervisor should have understood Drawings, Good knowledge and Experience about the job and control & skill of handling manpower to accomplish company task in scheduled time.

ii)A supervisor should have understood Drawings, Good knowledge and Experience about the job and control & skill of handling manpower to accomplish company task in scheduled time.

iii)The supervisor prepares Bar Chart of each Job considering each and every activities of the Job/Project.

iv)Issuing instruction for execution of work and Ensure that Job will be completed in time as mentioned in Bar Chart. The supervisor also guides the workers and solves their problems related to the work/project.

vi)Motivate workers towards better work performance as well as safety.

vii)Supervisor maintains discipline amongst workers, solves their work-related problems, and sorts their personal differences as and when they arise, to maintain healthy working atmosphere.

viii)The supervisor conveys their view points, suggestions, grievances and complaints to Owner.

ix)Keep Maintain every machine in the workshop. If a machine breaks down, get it repaired by agency/vendor immediately.

x)Inspecting and Requisitioning consumables (like welding rods, filler wires, grinding wheels, Grinding/welding machine spares etc. & etc.)
