Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, schedules, and directs the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organisation facilities Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements, renovations, expansions

Monitors and inspects all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followed.

Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations. Evaluates completed work and checks for conformance to specifications.

Direct the safety and/or security functions of the facilities.

Ensure adherence to the legal and statutory compliances like Factory Inspector, Renewal of Factory & License, Stability Certificates, Factory Approval Plans, Environment protection acts, Health and Safety (in case of Hazardous Process), Maintenance of Machines and other Local State & Municipal rules & regulations.

Experience 15 to 20 years

Qualifications

chemistry/ Agri/ BE chemical/ or any reputed Factory Experience needed.

Manufacturing & Operations, of which at least 5-7 years leadership role exp, preferably heading the facility management, EHS or Projects of a Manufacturing Unit of repute.

Had worked in the capacity of Factory Manager (as per the factories act)

Well verse in handling statutory compliance related to EHS, Facilities and all other related to factories act.
