Preferably Male candidate should be from same industry Restaurant Chain/QSR.

Proficient in Ms Office (Mainly Excel)

Job Description:

1. Inventory Management- Physical Audits & Valuation

2. Liquor Knowledge, L4/ Blue Book Etc.

3. Knowledge Of Ideal Cost/ Potential Cost

4. Recipes Costing & To Calculate F&B Cost Report

5. Menu Mix / Sales Mix

6. MMS & POS Knowledge

7. Establishing And Reviewing the Maximum Minimum Par Stock for Stores

8. Monitor Warehouses Control Procedures and A System Are Being Followed Constantly & Knowledge About Non/ Slow Moving & Expiry Items

9. To Monitor the Daily Operation of The Food and Beverage Stores, Monitor Daily Purchases

10. Yield Test & Knowledge.

11. Knowledge About Short/ Excess Variance in Bar/Kitchen.
