8. Monitor Warehouses Control Procedures and A System Are Being Followed Constantly & Knowledge About Non/ Slow Moving & Expiry Items
9. To Monitor the Daily Operation of The Food and Beverage Stores, Monitor Daily Purchases
10. Yield Test & Knowledge.
11. Knowledge About Short/ Excess Variance in Bar/Kitchen.
