Job Description:

Ensure customer satisfaction and help team to provide professional customer support.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

To seamlessly communicate and train agents on any process.

Coordinate Daily / weekly refreshers with the QA Team.

Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Preparing the required daily, weekly and monthly reports for the team performance.

Motivating and monitoring the team to achieve high standards and achieve set monthly targets for the team.

Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for subordinate development

Skills set required :

Excellent communication (Written & Verbal)

Clear understanding of MS office (Excel / Power point, etc)

Clear Process & product knowledge

Excellent interpersonal & delivery skills
