Team Handling Experience,

Possession Maintenance ,coordinate with customer & solve the issue excellent communication skill presentable.

Responsible for managing day to day activities to meet the target requirement and Promoting Quality Achievements and performance Improvement throughout Project through,

Project Manager and Quality Head in preparing Method statements, Inspection and Test Plans.

Controlling in house and sub-contracting works to ensure execution

of works is in accordance with Project specifications and approved

Quality plan.

Prepare Weekly and Monthly progress report and reporting to GM Projects. Oversee material deliveries in conformity with Project Specifications

Vigilant supervision and inspection of works to ensure execution of works comply with approved quality procedures.

Contractor bill check.

Study and review of construction drawings and specifications to become familiar with scope and details of check interfaces.

Records, issues site instructions and non-conformities of the construction work.

Conducting pre final inspections.

Track deficiencies and work with management to define corrective action

Plan and close deficiencies.

Familiar in working with MS Projects software for preparation of schedules for various high rise residential buildings, tracking of Projects as per schedules and Assist Project Controller in arranging weekly and monthly Progress Review meetings.
