1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
2. Answer phones and resolve customer issues as per prescribed timelines.
3. Provide customers with product and service information & cross sell products as & when opportunity exists.
4. Schedule AMC and repairing jobs for Service engineers.
5. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
6. Provide pricing and delivery information
7. Perform customer verifications
8. Set up new customer accounts
9. Process orders, forms, applications and requests
10. Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
11. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Service Engineers.
12. Manage customers' accounts
13. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
14. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
15. Record details of actions taken
16. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
17. Maintain customer databases
18. Monitoring the Service activities and provide timely resolution to customers
19. Maintain item/product wise list of existing customers.
20. Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests; developing and maintaining relationships with customers
