Responsibilities:

1. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, including pivot

tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP functions.

2. Create and format professional documents in Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and

consistency in all materials.

3. Conduct internet research as needed to gather information for various projects and

initiatives.

4. Assist with email correspondence, including drafting and responding to messages, organizing

inbox folders, and managing email communications.

5. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry with a high level

of accuracy and efficiency.

6. Support finance and accounting functions by inputting data, reconciling accounts, and

generating reports as directed.

7. Maintain documentation and records in an organized manner, ensuring accessibility and

confidentiality as needed.

8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and adhere to company

policies to protect sensitive information.

9. Collaborate with team members to support overall organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

2. Proven experience in IT support and administrative roles, with a minimum of [Insert
