ensure Seamless Client Interfacing and Project Management, with a Focus On Timely Completion of Interim and Major Deadlines.

contribute to the Analytical and Creative Thought Process in New Business Development Pitches and Ongoing Projects.

meeting Up with Clients to Get a Brief On Their Brand Presence & the Need for Consumer Connect.

researching On the Brand to Get Information On Brand Essence, Competition, Past Consumer Connect Programs, Etc.

presentation of the Brief to the Concept Team, to Work with the Creative Team for Ideation & Conceptualizing.

presentation of the Idea to the Client So as to Communicate the Idea in An Effective Manner.

interact with the Operations Team to Ensure the Effective Execution of the Event & Activation.

allocate Briefs to Team Members, Lead & Guide the Team for Effective Planning and Execution, Brand Understanding and Ideation.

holding Periodic Team Meetings to Update/review On the Team Targets Achieved and Address Pending Issues.

assigning Kras & Making Sure Team Members Understand the Job Description Well

identifying Training & Development Needs of the Team & Ensuring the Same is Met in Coordination with Hr

providing Orientation to New Joiners in Team and On the Job Training
