We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers

Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the system

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
