Job Description

Designation: - Sr. Designer

Department: - Design

Reports to: - MD / Plant head

Main Goal: -

Understand received enquiry and revert with time line schedule.

Prepare Product Cost Sheet for cost analysis with the help of different department (Purchase, Manufacturing, logistic).

To be Control in house drawing library and release the right data to further process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare drawing, Costing, Project Handling.

Attending, hosting or coordinating department meetings

Ensuring that the design work is of sufficient quality and that all are being followed

Collaborating with your own team and with other departments to finalize design and Costing.

Working to meet the expectations of the customer or client.

Delegating work where necessary and reviewing that work when it has been completed

Mentoring and guiding team members and motivating them to achieve their goals and yours

Conducting team training on developments within the design.

Add On Task: - SAP Work, Civil Drawing with Layouts as per necessary requirement.

Requirements and skills:

Prepare drawing, BOM, Costing, Project Handling.

Software:- AutoCAD with good knowledge of drawing reading

Knowledge of heavy fabrication Material type and grade

Managing Third party and client technical and constructability review of deliverables.

Ensuring the correct drawing procedure

Plan, monitor and control design activities according to engineer.

In change of all Design and drawing which has to be release.

Providing regular progress report on all the above abject and activities

Prepare SAP Knowledge for Future task work
