sourcing Funds At Optimum Cost and Covenants that are Not Detrimental to the Company's Interests.

deciding the Banks / Fis and Mix to Establish Funded and Non-funded Credit Limits Will Trigger Early Warning Signals to the Management for the Possibility of Missing Targets for Profits, Revenue, and other Key Parameters.

decide On the Positions to Be Taken By the Company On Tax Litigation By Liaising with External Counsel or Tax Manager / External Tax Consultants and to Represent the Company in Regulatory Hearings as Required.
