We are looking for a client servicing Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The main role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
- Responsible for all destination-marketing activities for one or more destinations (depending on size and scope of work).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
- Making weekly market development calls to potential clients.
- Negotiate the deal and close the proposal.
- Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests
- Organizing, coordinating and delivering clients requirement.
- Collecting/ Producing content from clients for display as per their requirement.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
