Job Description :
Some of the job responsibilities will include:
Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events
Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO)
Finalise and detail catering plans for groups contracted by assigned sales manager
Conceptualising and implementing sales and marketing plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability
Ensuring high quality services and optimum resource utilisation for maximum service quality.
Have a team of unit sales managers and corporate sales managers
The Successful Applicant
a successful candidate comes with:
5+ years of experience in the 4+ star hotel chain in hospitality or luxury retail industry
In depth knowledge of food and beverages, sales management and presentation
Experience in team handling
Dynamic, aggressive and agile candidate with a strong command over the
language
