Responsible to achieve Life insurance sales targets(from leads given ) through the assigned branch.

Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companys product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.

Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets.

May need to go in field with branch manager to sell life insurance products to branch customers.

Has to source business from bank referrals and personal referrals also.

Responsible for business tracking, analysing and reporting business results at desired.

Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationship.
