1. Preparation of all monthly stock statement of stores department.

2. All sub-contractor payments shall be made from only and no cash payment shall be made to sub-subcontractors.

3. Tax Deduction at source shall be invariably done from all payments made to sub-contractors.

4. Please obtain the address proof and PAN card copy of all sub-contractors to enable TDS and prompt remittance at .

5. Vouchers for all cash transactions at sites/branches shall be sent along with the statement on a weekly basis without fail.

6. All branches should send a cash balance confirmation e-mail to at the end of the days transactions in the prescribed format.

7. Documentation in respect of VAT and all copies of Bills submitted to customers shall be promptly sent to for timely accounting.

8. To receive materials verify & acknowledge only for quality products are received in to store storage and FIFO should be practiced without fail.

9. Verifying all stocks movement in the stores & that periodical physical count & stocks reconciliation are carried out.

10. Knowledge of material handling, storage & perversion methods.

11. Receiving all incoming material, generate and offer the same to QC inward, Indent, Stock Status, Stock Movement.

12. To monitor stock / movement & timely inform procurement team through Project Manager & also initial purchase request for routine items

13. Sub contractor billing and client billing works.
