Job Description

Coordinate for Transport - paperwork, bill entry, Performa Invoice

Record and maintain Transporter wise documents

Handle Transport purchases from Vendors- contract paperwork, Payment, and DO.

Follow up for bill/invoice and clear the payments

Coordinate with Port Authorities for stock, inward and outwards

Followup and verify Coal Lifting Report

Submit MIS Report every month

Check and Verify party ledger, stock distribution, and Delivery Order

Make a purchase entry in the app sheet

Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
