Responsibilities and Duties
Responding to queries and requests from customers via email, chat,telephone or in person.
Maintaining customer data and pro-actively call them relating to our products to maximize opportunities of business.
To execute and monitor the successful student admission.
Maintain data and provide training schedules to customers,reminder calls/messages regarding the schedules etc.
