Urgent requirement of Sr. Tool Room Engineer

Qualification- DME/BE Mechanical /diploma in tool & die

Experience - 5 to 10 yrs experience in Automotive Stamping parts tools room

Analyzing trends of breakdowns & taking necessary corrective & preventive action.

To monitor and control tool repair cost & report to budget department activity & save cost.

To plan manpower and identify training needs of maintenance personnel.& ensuring safety norms related to department.

To select suitable subcontractor for job work ( Tooling/dies Related )

To stop the equipment /plant in case of emergency/violation of any rules which can endanger the tool /Die .

To prepare preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance schedule in consultation with production of tooling.

To carry out preventive maintenance as per determined schedule and to maintain tool maintenance records.

Training of subordinates on tool /Die performance & Preventive maintenance.

To carry out break down maintenance as and when required.

To plan consumable & spare parts & ensure minimum stock is available.

Ensure all RCA/8D reports has been recorded tool /Die break down.

Ensure all ISO9001 documents & records compliance on time .

To update tooling as & when required for continual improvement & enhance manufacturing capabilities.

To make modifications in the tool /Dies and commissioning of new tool /Die's.

To ensure proper housekeeping in Tool room area & spare part management.

To prepare and maintain preventive maintenance checklist and other related records.

To maintain break down record and ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedule.

Provide on job training to all respective operator,die setter ,production supervisor as per requirement of tool /Die fitness.

Any other work deemed fit by your superior.

To do DSI/Kaizen to improve work /quality/safety in line with organizational goal
