Job Details :- Urgent Hiring for Surveillance Engineer for leading solution providers in Audio-Visual Location: Mumbai CTC: Upto LPA Qualification: BE / Diploma Electronics & Telecommunication Experience: 2-4yrs Job Description / Responsibilities: Site Inspection/ Feasibility - To receive call for installation and break-up from Service Manager. - To reach the client location on time defined. - To understand the clients requirement and study on client work location. - To install the product appropriately. - To collect feedback from client for service rendered. - To identify the actual fault and to provide appropriate solutions to the client for proper functioning of the system installed. - To provide appropriate service to client with regards to the maintenance of the product installed. - To maintain the track of AMC. - To maintain Courtesy calling with clients. - To submit final report for each call attended and service provided to the client to the Service Manager - To give final call after every installation & services rendered to client to the Service Manager - Installation report/ daily report/ Handover Report with testing & training to Client - Documentation with drawing/ operating manuals/ company service matrix / call logging - Schedule time to complete the site work. - Training the subordinates on technical aspects & Behavioral skills Thanks & Regards, Priya(Executive HR - Rojgari Placements Pvt.
