Ensure compliance with infection control practices and other safety standards during patient care delivery.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, fostering a trusting relationship.

Maintain confidentiality of patients' health information and adhere to ethical standards of nursing practice.
