Experience : Minimum 10 years

Skills :Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch Up, 3D Max(V-ray) or similar design software.

Interior Designer Responsibilities:

Outline client design objectives.

Conceptualize and sketch design plans.

Consistently bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that is project appropriate, capture the look and attitude and articulate why they feel it meets the needs.

Can prepare technical detailed drawings of the furniture for production and MEP drawing for site related.

Knowledge of Site measurement and Supervision with cost estimation.

Determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.

Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.

Source materials and products included in plans.

Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.

Utilize computer applications in the design process.

Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Wide interest/knowledge of the creative industry

Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.

Train and mentor junior designers.

Be wildly creative and push the boundaries

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.

Portfolio of design work.

Project management experience.

Experience with computational design.

Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.

Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
