We are looking for candidate for a Upvc manufacturing company.

Location: Kankurgachi (near EM Bypass Bengal chemical bus stop) Kolkata.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR generalist role.

Role:

Implementation of PF and handling works related to PF.

Handling ESIC, Payroll processing, Leave and attendance management.

Salary calculation, Pay slip generation, Handling recruitment, Induction, vendor management, employee engagement, grievance handling.

Handling Basic administration and regular follow up with sales team and factory officials.

Experience : 2 - 5 Years
