Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the school's future.

Provide strategic leadership in curriculum development, instructional

practices, and student assessment.

Implement innovative educational practices and technologies.

Lead and manage change initiatives to improve the overall functioning of the

school.

Take up teaching responsibilities and guide the teachers with firsthand

experience.

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with the local community, building positive relationships with

parents, community leaders, and stakeholders.

Implement initiatives that integrate the school into the fabric of the rural

community.

Leadership and Team Building:

Foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.

Build and lead a team of educators, supporting their professional development

and well-being.

Student Guidance and Development:

Implement programs that support the holistic development of students.

Provide guidance and support to students facing academic or personal

challenges.

Organisational Oversight:

Ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

Lead and manage strategic planning initiatives to ensure the long-term success

and sustainability of the school.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster a culture of collaboration among teachers, students, and parents.

Maintain open communication channels within the school community.

Effectively address concerns and conflicts with empathy
