Job Description: Direct Channel

Source potential customer through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities & Tele calling.

Identify customer needs & financial goals and provide the appropriate advice.

Ensure proper follow through for closure by right documentation & sales process implementation.

Ensure the leads provided by the company are met up through rigorous follow up.

Criteria:-

Education: Graduate. / PG

Experience: Min 1year experience in Sales .(B2C sales)

Age: 22-32 yrs

Should be presentable.

Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.

Fairly good command over English as well as local language

Should be local or in same location for more than 2 years

SPECIALIZATION:, BFSI sales, Direct sales, Commission Sales , Medical or Pharmaceutical , Retail sales, Real estate sales, B2C sales.
