Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing, including creating and managing sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and monitor the status of orders, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues or delays.
- Provide support in managing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
2. Sales Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and update sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and pipeline analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up with clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any additional requirements.
- Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials to clients as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role, must be in the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
