Duties and Responsibilities:
The safety officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety
policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, investigating accidents, providing
safety training, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulation. The safety officer
will be responsible for ensuring the security of the facility and promoting a culture of
safety among employee.
Participate in Gemba meeting to identify any health and safety concerns
inherent in the operations daily work plan.
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of
routine inspections.
Develops health and safety procedures for all area of company.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace
safety and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Experience of ISO & ISO .
Documentation preparation as per ISO & .
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Safety officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe
situations.
Conduct the health safety programs to create the awareness among the workers
on safety risk and hazards.
Conduct the frequent training for the employee, every safety related documents
on each incidents.
Maintaining documents such as accident report, near miss report and many
other reports show at the time of EHS audit.
Safety and 5s Patrolling, SHE Meeting preparation, Accident reports and
analysis.
Taking care of environment testing & Equipment testing.
Mock Drill & HIRA,
Stack Monitoring.
