Job Summary:
Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up with all inquiries/leads.
Manage sales processes to effectively close deals on a timely basis while adhering to federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for setting sales targets with directors and working with the regional sales manager to achieve set goals
It is required to be updated with fitness industry trends, deep understanding of the fitness franchise market to maintain a competitive edge.
Ability to convert sales franchise prospects both remotely and onsite
Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, , Profit Share, etc) to the prospective Franchise Partner
Job Qualifications:
BA/BSC//MBA
Proven experience in Sales and Development
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Strong relationship building and fostering skills
Hands-on experience on CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.)
Proficient in standard Microsoft office formats and excel
G Suite
