At least 1-3 years of experience in IT as a Software Tester and QA Analyst with extensive

experience in performing Manual testing as well as Automation testing.

Should possess knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being

tested and also have In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies and Strategies.

Should have experience in creating Traceability Matrix to ensure comprehensive test

coverage of requirements by performing different types of testing - Integration, System,

Functional, GUI, Regression, Performance, Load, Sanity, Smoke and User Acceptance

Testing (UAT).

Should be strong in analyzing and understanding Business process specifications, testing

requirements and Developing detailed Test plans, Test scripts, Test cases and Test

Scenarios.

Should be a Clear communicator (written and verbal) and possesses excellent analytical

skills  To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders.

Dynamic and assertive team player with a strong inclination to improve and optimize process

development and implementation.

Should have expert knowledge on automation tools like Selenium.

Should have handled SaaS testing.

Should know QA of all types like security, UI, UX, functional, performance etc for web

platforms

Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the bad defects

and bugs quickly and ensure all testing deliverable & reports are version controlled and

accessible.

Should have clear Business process understanding.

Should have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
