roles & Responsibilities:

manage Product Communication Across the Organization Including Creating Excitement Around New Product/feature Launches, Channeling Product Feedback and Managing Issue Resolution.

identify Opportunities for Campaigns that Will Lead to An Increase in Sales.

present to and Consult with Mid and Senior Level Management On Business Trends with a View to Developing New Content and Marketing Engagements.

demonstrate and Provide Information On Promoted Products/services

create a Positive Image and Lead Consumers to Use It

identify Interest and Understand Customer Needs and Requirements

responsible to Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls to Recover from Applicable/assigned Accounts/costumer.

work Pro-actively to Ensure Potential Issues are Escalated Appropriately.

required Skills:

proven Working Experience in Activations / Promotions

analytical Acumen, Team Player, Paired with Agile Mindset and Can Do Attitude.

ability to Understand Customer Needs and Handle Different Types of Personalities

strong Listening, Communication, Presentation and Social Skill.

fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.
